A beautiful 19^th century farm building that has been fully refurbished to exceed the needs of guests, whilst retaining its original character. • Style: Rustic farmhouse charm: thick stonewalls promote the rustic appeal of rooms decked out in a fusion of 19^th century antique style (think lace fabrics and wrought-iron decorations) and modern comforts.
• Bedrooms and Bathrooms: 8 double bedrooms (can take up to two additional beds for families), each with a private bathroom and terrace
• For relaxation: Unwind on the sun terrace beside the azure swimming pool or in the arms of the tranquil gardens.

Outside

Son Mercadal is nestled inland on a 7-hectare farm estate, boasting a swimming pool, sun terrace and sprawling woodland of almond, carob and oak trees. There is private parking on-site.

• On the map: Situated in Mallorca - the biggest of the Balearic Islands - Son Mercadal is in the heart of the countryside, 5km from Porreres and close to Campos and Llucmajor.
• By car: The property is 30km from Palma - the capital of Mallorca
• By air: Fly into Palma from all major European city destinations (the airport - Son Sant Joan - is about 35km from the house)
• By boat: Travel by ferry from Barcelona, Valencia or Denia (the port of Palma de Mallorca is about 45km from the property)
